Who is responsible

Agency Games Oy is the data controller.

What we collect

We collect your name and email address. If you provide them, we also collect your company or working context, what you want to build or test, and whether you have a project ready in the next 30 days.

We retain limited campaign attribution, the landing-page version, and the time of submission. We do not add your IP address or browser user-agent string to the waitlist record. Our hosting providers may process ordinary network logs to deliver and protect the service.

Why we use it

We use this information to evaluate early-access fit, invite people to try Loop, and discuss their project with them. We do not use the waitlist for unrelated marketing or sell the information.

Our legal basis is your consent when you join the waitlist. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing privacy@loop-engine.com.

Storage and service providers

Waitlist records are stored in a Bunny Database configured in France. Bunny.net provides the database, edge execution, content delivery, and security services. Requests may be processed across Bunny.net's edge network.

We keep a waitlist record for no more than 12 months after submission unless you ask us to remove it sooner or an ongoing early-access relationship requires us to retain the relevant correspondence.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to provide, correct, restrict, export, or delete your personal information, or object to its use. We do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects using solely automated processing.

Contact privacy@loop-engine.com to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland.
